Abstract

Construction ADR Task Force Report

The Task Force began its work in June, 1994. Its mission was to:

"...undertake a comprehensive review of the AAA2s Construction Dispute Avoidance, Management arid Resolution Services, including rules, administrative policies, panel, binding and non-binding forms of ADA, education and training programs, and outreach, with the goal of improving AAA services and helping the AAA he more responsive to the needs of the construction industry."
