Abstract
The last year provided several interesting cases that are instructive for this "beyond the basics" look at Texas mechanics lien law. First, however, for those of you have not yet begun to explore the somewhat murky waters of Texas mechanics lien law, here is a short and abbreviated version of the statutory scheme.
