Abstract
There are a number of state and federal criminal laws that
affect the construction industry, some new and some old. This paper provides
a brief overview of state criminal laws and some of the ethical considerations
in handling criminal cases. This paper is not intended to be a comprehensive
analysis of the entire body of criminal laws that might apply to the
construction industry.
